The item(s) must be in its original condition i.e. unworn, unaltered and in resalable condition with original tags attached from CORRADO Online Store. Returns made within 30 days of the delivery date (the date on which you receive your order) will be eligible for a partial refund or for an exchange for requested merchandise. As a proof of delivery date we would like you to send us a scanned copy of your invoice and shipping bill to the following email email@example.com.
Corrado offers exchanges/returns on new, unworn, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery date. Please allow 15 business days for receipt and processing of your returned merchandise. If the return is approved, your account will be credited in the original form of payment only. Merchandise must be returned in its original and unaltered condition with tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on and items that are beings exchanged/returned after 30 days of delivery date.
For a full refund, you have to cancel the order before it has been shipped. If you want a refund for an order that has been shipped to your delivery address, after receiving the order, you first have to return the merchandise to the address that we will provide you on your return request by emailing us at email@example.com. You also have to email a scanned copy of your order receipt to CORRADO Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org. After we have received the good(s) we will refund you a partial amount of your order (original amount minus the transaction fees i.e. 3.9% + 45 cents per successful transaction). In both cases i.e. full refund and partial refund, you will get your refund within 3-7 business days in the original form of payment only.

CORRADO ships to entire United Kingdom. Please wait for 15-20 business days for delivery, subject to customs clearance. We take more than usual time for delivering the order because of high levels of quality control. We start producing each order right after you place an order with CORRADO Online Store because we prefer quality and craftsmanship to mass production. We make sure that each order meets the high standards of production and quality control.
Currently we do not ship to any country other than the UK but soon we will start shipping globally.
Following your credit card/debit card authorization and verification of information, you will receive your order within approximately 15-20 business days, subject to customs clearance, (Monday through Friday, not including Saturday, Sunday and holidays). It takes about 8-10 days in production and around 48 hours in shipping the products. CORRADO offers free shipping within the UK on orders above 200 GBP and offers discounted shipping rates for orders below or equal to 200 GBP as a favor for supporting us.
